With a completed brief specifying the workshop participants:

 

Before the workshop:

  • Interviews of a key participants list

 

During the workshop:

  • Synthesis presentation of your problem analyzing the situation of the brand or product: its positioning, its promise, the desired or desirable changes, supported by a competition benchmark and a trend review if necessary
  • Definitions of new customer and / or market expectations: persona method, brainstorming, work in several groups
  • Reviews of the proposed solutions
  • Analysis, synthesis and possible transition to creative prototyping (new identity, new offer, creation of pack or service or signature)

 

After the workshop:

  • Synthesis report of the workshop specifying the new brand strategy / the new product or service to be created or revised, and possibly including a creative work
  • 1 rework on this synthesis report

Time frame
  • Setting up of the workshop within 10 working days from the completion of the first interviews
  • Delivery of the report 10 working days after the workshop
  • If creative prototyping, delivery of the report and creations at D+ 3 weeks after the workshop
